 Who may be helped?

Psychotherapy can be of value to anyone of us at any time in our lives but in particular it can be helpful if you are experiencing any of the following:

  • Difficulties forming and maintaining relationships

  • Feeling depressed

  • Feeling anxious, unable to cope

  • Lack of self confidence and unable to fulfil your true potential

  • An eating disorder

  • Struggling with bereavement, grief or a significant loss.

  • Stifled by panic attacks or phobias

  • Difficulty with relationships at work
